EntMnt Xclusive No Price Protection onto Recent Price Hike

hi all

no price protection will be given on the recent price hikes as these hikes are the taxes only.
i confirmed it with d2h Head Office Mumbai.

I asked it because my validity reduced by 1 day.

poor d2h cheated me. they shud have clearly written on the website that any changes in taxes won;t be resulted in price protection.

also when govt. increased the taxes from 12.36% to 14 % they have given the price protection
then y can't it be now ?

poor d2h cheated with us.

It is just a 50 paise per Rs.100 hike so just chill, u won't become poor with this. Also they won't give u price protection for 6 months if u took the package 6 months before. For example if u took ur monthly package in October, u will get just 4 months PP. PP is for 6 months from the date u took the package and for LTR it is for entire validity

i need my money back from them. price protection nahi diya mujhe. meine 1 saal ka recharge karvaya tha aur 1 ya 2 din ki validity kam ho gayi.

Then do call to cc. And raise a complaint and again call next day and second day too regarding what happened to your complaint.
By doing so they will give back validity within 4-5 days.

d2h head office mumbai told me that no price protection this time for any customer as this is a tax n not the actual price hike.
bro please do check ur a/c also. money ll b deducted as per the new rates now.
