It doesn't matter.deal is completely different dth to dth.
Recently there have been too many cases where cc has spread lies...while there was no such case where if cc has said something over chat and it proved wrong...not sure if they deliberately do this or what.

Bro, Cust Care can just communicate to us what they have been briefed by their team. Dates r being extended as some deals must still be under negotiation and once all deals r done then they will add all channels in batches and introduce ultra package too
