Time frame no one knows but most probably in the first month of coming year we may get some info on that

Most probably yes as rumors are floating ki insat 4a will be used for SD channels and GSAT 10 will be used for HD channels

Insat 4A is nearing its lifetime end in 2017, then again TS will face space issues unless they get some other satellite at 83E

tata sky rocks
they can add many many channels if they wish to.
i think they won't have any space issues atleast for a next couple of years
