HELP Scheduled recording not working

Hello friends,

I have a dish true hd+ with recorder set-top box. I am able to schedule recordings but they show zero MB size and disappear when the set-top box is restarted. I have tried a factory reset on the set-top box and reformatting the drive but nothing has helped.

Need advise.

If it's showing zero mb then it means that storage capacity is full.

There is nothing on the disk its completely empty. I am able to pause live tv, record live tv but no scheduled recording.

Okay Thanks. Just wanted to explore if someone has faced similar issue before.

Remove pendrive.

Then do factory reset.
