bhai.... if top up is for 1 year then it will show longer term validity.
for ex: i activated english news pack for 1 year till 31st dec.
n i activated six month pack of 254 wala till 30 th june.

so validity will be shown like as 31st dec only which is not true.
so maximum validity will be shown. i hope u have understood bro.

There is some serious problem going on with Airtel DTH customer care. Yesterday one cc executive told me that HBO Hits is available for free of cost and I asked him to activate. Once it got activated in my account, I checked my Airtel app and checked my account screen and surprisingly it shows that it is chargeable for 60 rs per month. Today morning I had called them again and checked it, now they are saying that it is not at all free of cost. I have asked them regarding the information provided in the Airtel app and they told me that the back end team will check and they will be providing a call back in next 4 hours.

1st screenshot is for their package details and the second one is my account...I have asked them to remove both the channels as it is not worth enough
