More Cisco STBs are a must..
They old hardware lags like hell. It will be really nice if old customers are given an opportunity to exchange their old box for new ones, of course at a cost...
I have a 1TB DVR, whenever I try to search for repeats of a program through the EPG, it never gives correct result...
A Cisco DVR with more than 2 simultaneous recordings will be much appreciated.

one of the most impotant feedback for them....
Ask them that add De-activation option for Add-ons on their online portal...this must needed option
Excessive heating of box (in my case DVR); Extreme lag on UI, (start of recordings etc..); No automatic software update; Increase of channels in favorite list; Booting time slow; Enabling DD plus audio; Introduction of 4K DVR; Need extended EPG more than 24 hrs; Sometimes EPG won't load; Language option to come up with one press of yellow button (right now have to press info - account info & inbox works with one press); Making audio level uniform across all channels.

We need 1 channel recording and 1 channel live view simultaneously

1. HD channels not having DD+ AUDIO. DD+ audio should be be activated in all HD Channels from D2H end.
2. Software, I mean interface is not good in D2H as compare to Tata Sky and Airtel Digital TV.
3. IT would be great if D2H launch 1000 GB 4K DVR with 3 channels recording feature at a time.

I also have the same model HD DVR. I agree with Ibra.
Below are the Critical issues from my view.
1. UI lag. I face more lag during switching channels, recording. Opening settings. Ui improvement should be their main criteria.
2. De activation option in online portal.
3. Better training to customer care people..
