Issues which I face
1) STB (HD2244) hangs sometime and restarts i.e. poor quality of either hardware or software.
2) EPG cannot find next repeat of program sometime or shows incorrect information from other channel.
3) EPG of all the channels on TP 11050V loads a way slower than channels on other Tps.
Suggestions- It's the time when d2h should start offering software and hardware from reputed brands like Cisco, in case of software, to all of their STBs. Hardware can be really be better. STBs don't have to be that slow. D2H STBs feel slow. You can literally see how much time it takes to perform any input or task.

STB is can't able to handle a simple task because of its processor and should procure stb from others rather than making their on own.

2)They should start using cisco stb and existing customers exchange their stb with cisco stb
3)on 11050 V EPG Getting very slow.Improvement on Tp
4)First add all pending HD channel.They have 2 Tps
5)sometimes stb automatically rebooting.Improvement on UI Hardware and software also

Totally agree with Akash Bro. PQ needs to be improved a lot.
Dolby Digital Plus should be added in all HD channels from d2H end.
Hardware and UI needs much improvement.
Remaining 15 HD channels should be added very quickly.(along with forthcoming 2-3 HD channels).
Regional SD channels(specially Bengali regional channels)should be added.
