They sent a refresh command itself confirms that channel is part of the package else they would have replied other wah. Isn't it.

It's part of package only on their website. CC has no idea and it seems like they haven't really activated it other base packages yet.

Actually platinum HD should have to be discontinued like gold HD pack
But not removed
So both options available for platinum customers

I don't know. Maybe they might end one package, or they won't offer future additions in lower base packs, and they might be only available in Platinum HD. For example Star World Premier HD, Fx HD etc.

They are giving AXN HD in south gold + hd add-on but No info on website or their CC team doesn't know about it...
