Yeah. Maybe. It's the compression from the host side. Untouched photos or videos consume great deal of space. So it gets compressed, even when you upload something to host server.

Netflix is good if you have good speed net.But yes..normal channels will give more PQ and AQ comparing to any online stream.

I watched complete three season and it is pretty heavy
It airs on AXN. I have missed the beginning of S01 and cannot understand anything. Is it any way related to Silence of the lambs ?

Prequel to it. The beginning just tells about the doctor and his way of manipulating his patients.
