Generally scenario like this.you will connect your STB to your HT receiver.HT receiver to your TV.Now DD+ will work in your HT.

Most of the HT Receivers below 25K have only one HDMI port. Once STB is connected to HT with HDMI how it will be connected to TV?

you are talking about HT with out receiver..we can't do anything on it.I am saying about speakers with receiver.Now a days many HDMI ports are coming in HT receivers.

Update:still the problem is not yet rectified.No sound in PIX HD(DD+),Low sound in zee studio HD.

Update: Tata sky added DD+ on Movies now HD,Star sports HD1 and Star sports HD 3.
