You have to log into your account on d2h website. There you will see add- on option, you can find it there.

But that cc guy has already subscribed me to super gold HD addon with 1 month lockin.
Can I still subscribe to this 12 month hd add on?

Wait for 1 month. You can't change it before 1 month, I think. Or write CC an email that you want to remove 1 month lockin add-on and subscribe to 12month one. And see what they say.

imo d2h cc is the best
I have never used any other d2h operator so cant say about others.

At times they do stupid things.
for instance yesterday only when I called them to migrate from Gold entertainment HD to Super Gold+HD add on pack.
The first question he asked me was- "Aap pack kyun change karna chahte hain?"
I shouted in my mind- "arre bhai tujhe kya matlab? main pack upgrade karu ya downgrade." but I controlled and calmy replied that my curreent package provides only 8 HD channels while SuperGold + HD addon will give me 22 HD channels in same price.

He sai ok karta hu activate.
Then suddenly he told me that if I subscribe HD addon with 12 month lockin I'll get it in Rs. 999.
I said ok do it for 12 months then.
He after a pause of 30 seconds replied that that pack was no more available.
Now, I don't know whether he was making me fool for some reason or he was dumb.

After this call I again called them coz Travel XP HD was not available in base package although it was showing on their website.
Again some stupid representative picked my call and said that Travel XP Hd is not was never available in HD Add on.
I told him that d2h website is showing this. He replied- "Wahan update nahi hua hoga " :V
matlab hadd hai yaar, bc tum d2h ki website se jyada jaante ho.
I did not argue with him as it was useless. I mailed the customer care to get that channel activated.

Voice customer care guys are mostly stupid and they lack sense.

Email customer care guys have are better.
Waise email and social media customer care is more sensible and better chaahe wo dth ki ho ya mobile ki.

Just write them an email. Avoid voice call care. Email is the best among all modes of care. You will get reply only after your work is done.
