But when I asked about SD feed of travel xp, email customer care said that This channel available only in HD & no more available in SD in this world

Dishtv & unfortunately airtel digital tv customers too getting this channel
Airtel digital tv customers getting this channel as FTA mode
Dishtv providing it in 499 pm pack & Rs.10 ala carte

Why videocon d2h not providing like this downscaled format?

Because they don't want to downscale and destroy the beauty of the channel.

When channel itself is in HD only, you can't blame them for downscaling. DTH is all about best of quality not making best as worst by practising downscaling kind of thing.

d2h also provides mtunes sd + mtv indies sd + cc sd and i think one more channel. then y not travel xp sd ?

Done after I mailed them.
They just activated 12M HD add-on and deactivated 1 month add on. Deducted an amount of rs 999 for a year :D
