The epg settings are same like hathway stb.
ya there is too many ads everywhere,one good thing about this ui is that i did not find any lag till now in this ui,channel switching also fast compare to dish tv,i don't know diffrence between old d2h box ui and this box's ui as i haven't used any old box.
Ok now i see the pic actually the links were blocked by by office network thus the photograph was not visible.
What i see is that though you have good signal levels but the signal quality is very low i guess thats the main reason for pixlation ... tell the engineer to correct it & you will get good clarity

I also told same thing to engineer but he told me that in this box this is the maximum quality you can get and they are saying that we have first check signal quality in different box and after getting max quality in other box than installed this box so this is the maximum quality we can get in this box

In that care he is taking you for a ride ... thats not correct you should get strength close to 100 & quality above 85% to get best result also you will face issues during bad weather & rains.... try & escalate the issue with nodal officer & social media for faster resolution !!! cheers happy viewing
