I registered a complaint regarding random rebooting of stb. Yesterday d2h guy replaced my 2222 stb with another 2222stb.
But the new one has black scree issue. Screen turns black and only d2h symbol shows. Then I have to reboot.
What can be done?
Should I re-register a complaint or these issues exist in all d2h stbs. :/

Is your STB under warranty ?

Yes why not. Keep complaining till it's resolved and do not pay anything to them now as you must have already paid earlier.

seems DTh having many STB issues. Firstly they are not adding demanding HD channels and uper se these STB problems.first time I am becoming hater of one DTH that is D2H.Now I really hate d2h.

Yes I had subscribed for 2 year VPC. Gonna complaint again.
