HELP Interested in Dish Tv TruHD Box

So i want to buy a DishTv tru HD+ box.Plus i will take Titanium Pack with Full on HD or Platinum Sports with Full On HD.

What is the difference between the two packs in terms of HD channels,if any?Not interested in regional channels.

And how much space DishTv has to add new channels in future?

My second option is to buy Tatasky.

Which one to go for?

Currently i use D2H with Platinum HD Pack.
