Yes. Vh1 HD and Comedy Central HD should have come. I don't think channels put any pressure on d2h. D2H doesn't give a damn about what the deal is about ! They can keep postponing the addition of channels by saying that it will come on the platform in future as per the customers demand base. I got the same reply from them in my last 3 emails.
