Mpeg4 is for SL right? So DD india might be added for those regions because of the presence of one from DD TP.

No. This is for India users only and also DD India is not present from DD FD

Strange that even DD India is not available in DD FD.
It was there but later removed to accommodate private channels

Even DDFD is removing its own channels to make way for pvt broadcasters and we blame pvt DTHs if they do the same
I checked previous updates and found that DD India was removed to accommodate DD Kisan
