Discussion When will d2h stop misleading its customers -_-

Best way is just tweet them
If in hurry den just call their toll free number or use online activation system.

Might be some communication problem which led to this issue.
Hope now everything is fine :)

This was not as simple as it seems. I always do activation online via app/Web but HD1 was not there in the list.
Then I called Ccare as they generally activate the channel instantly. But they asked me to wait for 4 hours. And within 3 hours they closed my request with a note that my complaint was resolved successfully, but the channel was still not activated.
I called them again and insisted to talk to their senior, he tried for 5-10 minutes but failed, he then asked me to wait for another 4 hours.
Yes twitter Ccare guys have more brains but they take time to respond/act.:sleep:
After 1 hour of messaging them my issue got resolved.

When India-Pak match is about to start.. Patience is never an option! ;)

Yeah. Loosing this match would be like loosing the entire day if your life ;)

But I have seen similar issues before also. Their IVR activation are always like this. They don't provide complete information.

The d2h engineer replaced my stb today after my complaint regarding random black screen.
But from last 1 hour I am getting E107-4,
After swapping the box, he called cc and his local office to refresh but could not resolve this.

Finally he assured me that the issue will be resolved in next 15 minutes and also told me that he could do nothing more than swapping the box and refreshing it.

But after more than a hour have passed I am still getting this error. :/
Match nikal gaya aaj ka . :(

What the hell is happening from d2h side?? Day by day customers complaints are increasing but d2h is doing nothing.

Service engineer will come again tomorrow.

by the way this new box(HD2222 Mfg: Novemer 2015) too has issue. Randomly reboots while changing channels . (KYA YAR!!!:mad:)
Earlier box was 2233 (Mfg January 2016) it had black screen issue.
and before this I had 2222 it too had reboot issue.

Most stable box for me was my first stb 555-B.

Bharosa uth gaya ab d2h se. :thumbsdown:
