Discussion When will d2h stop misleading its customers -_-

I have never faced such an issue before. But this time it happened because of the confused CC or some technical glitch.
After I called them and pressed 1 (after listening that Asia Cup series thing). It instantly upgraded my basic package to New Gold Sports. But my HD add-on remained as 12M Super Gold HD add-on (According to My account section in d2h website).
Now, for some reason neither the customer care representative nor their senior was able to find SSHD1 in their list of channels.
It normally happens when the channel is already activated (I was not getting that channel but one of the CC guy told me that since my Gold HD add-on was also upgraded to Gold Sports HD add-on so all the HD sports channels were already active.)
If this guy was right then simply a hard reset must have must have activated those channels for me.
Now the thing which is still a mystery is that, does upgrading the basic package also upgrades the corresponding HD add-on?

Sad to here lot of complaints about d2h.it is not good for them.
d2h is a totally waste of time and money.
many users have migrated to tata sky from d2h and everyone agree that tata is much better than d2h in terms of everything.
d2h is looting people. the latest example is this thread only.
they should have improved the pq and aq. but they could not do so reason being is they are over confident.
