Deactivation and reactivation are hectic job in d2h. So, i found it better not to do it and continue enjoying as paid subscription.

I too think so but this is highly beneficial for subscribers as they will be able to watch 2 superb movies.

for me till yesterday afternoon it was coming as free on my multiconnection : HD DVR & HD Box....
Later on scrambled.....!!!
I think intention of d2h giving it as free-1 week for Premium customers could be as follows..
1) After launch of HBO HD channels they can not charge as 60/- they will have to bring it down at least upto 30/- per moth with taxes...
However let s hopes so HBO HD channels will come as free channels in Platinum HD & for Multiconnection customers..due to recent hike done by them in base pack & in multiconnection...!!!
2) Chances are high on Bringing D2h Cinema in HD soon with less charges upto 30/- per month...!! once they start adding HD channels.... after initiating HBO Premium first. so...

Rs 30 ? do you realize what you are saying. Tata Sky charges Rs 75 for 1 movie which can be watched for once whereas d2h is providing 4 movies in Rs 60 which can be watched for 1 complete week and can even be recorded to watch anytime in future.
I think even Rs 100 would be less for this kind of service. This is the best practice being exercised by d2h. Other DTH should feel shame for charging so much.

we need take into account here how much we are going to pay monthly per package u r using...
if u have Platinum HD Pack with Multiconnection then u have to pay around 700/- per month in current date....if we dont consider the offer cost...
Also the MOVIES that d2h put on those would come or already shown on any of HD channel or SD channel within period of 1-2 week difference...!
So here I guess D2h HD cinema comes into picure with Quality contents + Less Price ...!!!!! or need to offer in Platinum HD package I guess at least....!!!
