In chat with customer care, he mentioned that newly added channels will now longer be available in Grand Sports package since the package has been officially closed now.

That means to watch new channels one has to move to Ultra pack.

Yes. Even in South Sports Special pack, it is showing only Start Sports 2 & Ten Sports
