There was report where this channel name was mentioned in list of channels on DD Free Dish. Currently Star Utsav is running on 2 slots on DD Free Dish

They already have 2 movie channels in Hindi space - Star Gold & Movies OK
I really hope this channel to be FTA and available on DD Free Dish

yaa.But star wants more revenue on same old content.so expanding ,many new channels.see the sports channels.they can add regional feeds to existing channels but launching new channels.

Yes. Star is very cunning when it comes to earning more with same content
I also think it would be FTA as VIACOM 18 launching Rishtey CINEPLEX (which may be FTA) and Star always ready to compete with other NETWORK may be it's name will change to ROMANCE UTSAV or Star UTSAV ROMANCE or Star ROMANCE UTSAV.

Good concept but channel name is pathetic.
Read it properly I said "which may be FTA" and another thing is that if now a days channel want success they should first launch on FTA platform. For example ZEE ANMOL & BIG MAGIC and other news channels.
