How about an advice on TV. I have finalized Samsung 43J5100. Do you guys have better suggestion?

The one you have chosen looks good. Only problem is just 2 HDMI port. Won't be an issue for you.

i think most of the TV's have 2 HDMI ports only... I had shortlisted Samsung and Sony. Do you think Sony has better models?
Not looking for any "Smart" TV. Also, kindly let me know if I might need more than 2 HDMI ports

Two HDMI should be enough, I think. What are you planning to use the TV with apart from DTH?

I have used Sony 40 Inch and now using Samsung 32 inch. And ever since my 65K sony TV has become faulty in just 2 years i always recommend to go for budget TV.

You are right. that's the risk with high priced electronics. I thought of VU also for few days... Or may be LG also which is a little cheaper than the other two.

no no. Go with Samsung Extended warranty only to avoid any issues later on.
