I think your information is not complete and false because South customers have a pack called South Silver Lite which caters to all majority channels which I watch. Infact flexi pack turns out to be more expensive than flexi pack because in flexi pack you have to take 2 add ons compulsory. So I guess you should not mislead the forum people here

I am off laughing who said 2 addons compulsory.
I have activated flexi pack for many customers without any addon.
Don't come and teach me how to post.
I never mislead anyone.
