My New Tata Sky Connection - Help

I am getting better picture and audio quality than Videocon d2h on my Samsung TV.

Have you checked the HD setting in User Setting of Organiser ? Make sure to make it 1080i 50hz or 1080i 60hz to get Full HD.

It's almost unbelievable that d2h has better quality than Tata Sky. I was d2h user for 5 years and have recently moved to Tata Sky. I was blown away by even their SD channel quality.

Upload the screenshots on some image hosting website. Then copy the links of images and click on the image button you see in reply box and paste the link in the box which comes out.

Yes same here even I am surprised aa I was using d2h frm two years and moved to TS in Dec only but can say surely there is big difference in both PQ and AQ as well.

only HD looks poor compared to what i was seeing with D2H.

SD same. No issues for me.

Are you using the same hdmi cable?if not then change the hdmi cable to previously used hdmi

Yes. It's fine. If you think you are lacking something on any channel you can complaint about Signal to Customercare and they will send a technician to come and fix it for you for free during warranty.
