No, u have to login to Tatasky.com and there in My Portal its available till 7/30 PM only. u can officially make a complaint and they will look into surely.

I think this is not that way.

One call can be prolonged from 7/8 minutes at a time

Will do that Sir. and one more thing i noticed is i selected " English " as option and the executive who picked was speaking Hindi and was adamant to speak in Hindi only.

I Think the CC is comfortable in Hindi, I am getting Kannada almost every time i call . may be few times our language known persons bussy with another call

I think its better to 1st make a complaint in Self portal by logging . later u can send mail. most of the time mail complaints r not reaching them and dont expect instant reply [not self genarated one] from CC
