Chances are less. The kind of library HBO have, it doesn't seem dual feed will be available but if broadcaster is having dual feed then d2h will surely provide it Like all other channels.

They are now just providing duel audio option for few selected movies.

Agreed but a channel going to launch in next 24 Hrs CC should aware about the news. I don't think this level of idiotic organisation they are. I still in doubt may be they will add within next week not tomorrow.
