The movie was released worldwide yesterday on the festive occasion of Tamil New Year and it was also screened in Shanti Theatre in Coimbatore city. The Tamil Film Producers Council after due consultation with the Artists Association and the Directors Association invited a press meet yesterday afternoon and announced that the Tamil Film Fraternity has decided to put an embargo on Polimer TV. Answering to the reporters if the channel had tried to settle the issue, producer Kalaipuli Thanu said, "The channel head has been trying to contact us over the phone, but we haven't picked the calls and are not ready for it to be sorted out. We have handed over the cameraman to the police and the law will take it duty."

Bro..I am thinking as a south cinema but not like Tamil or Telugu.But I can tell you the answer about why this comparison.Generally in Tamil industry this fan favourisam and collections hype is more.Their media always boast about their industry and they say some times they next to Bollywood and some times they say even they cross the Bolywood they always see inerior about Telugu industry.But the truth is aprt from Rajini films they never cross telugu movie world wide collections.I have given reasons also..as Telugu states more number of Theaters,and more ticket cost,Tax also very less comparing to Tamil states and US collections also an addition for Telugu films.But my personal feeling..Tamil movies tecnically good comparing to telugu but I dont like this over top favorisam.yes..I agree Telugu people also following this now.

Oopiri also have the ticket of 12$ but it has reached 1.5K$ with in 10 days.That time oopiri did not get more theaters because batman vs super man released on same week.

Might be bro.But before also there are there but Telugu movies hadn't get that much money.But yes..More Telugu people are there.I think now Telugu movie makers making their movies as per Overseas tastes also.That is the reason telugu movies getting good collections over there.
