Right , i was thinking about outer hardware or looks etc not the software hanging problems, actually hanging is software problem not much hardware. Which can be solved better by software upgrades.. Otherwise you know better..

agree with Vadirocks PQ is better in videocon (dont cricize me its my opinion) and as for hanging problem it happens once a month or some time once in 2month(as speaking of mine) is not a major problem .it will be solved with update

Just upgrade you d2h stb to HD-6666rf from old one, it is best, user interface smoother and very quick, not hanging at all...

spot on Vadi rocks bro..i bought tata sky last week . i connected both with two diff HDMI inputs at a time...& i found

for tamil HD +south HD channels, Videocon pic quality was way better - it was sharp & colour difference.

SD looked better in tata but not all channels.

while changing channels in tata , channels gets paused for few seconds.

In case of d2h it is because of inferior quality hardware not software. There is hanging, black screen, rebooting issue in most of d2h boxes.
HD 6666rf box is a good one though.

As I Have Both Active Connections Of Tata Sky And Videocon D2H

I Found Videocon D2H Picture Qualify Better

In Recent Past Tata Sky Picture Qualify Cane Down

Audio Wise Not Same On All But Tata Sky Looks Better

In SD Channels Few Channels PQ Looks Good In Tata Sky Few Looks Better In Videocon D2H

Particularly South Channels PQ Looks Better In Videocon D2H

In Picture Quality Can't Find Major Difference

I beg to differ, yesterday been to my sister's place and they have D2H connection and she owns a 55" Panasonic full HD.

South channels esp tamil SD channels were really bad quality, even cable TV clarity seems to be fantastic.

On 2nd floor they have a tatasky connection for a 32"LED tv and the same SD channel clarity was awesome.

Bro even I have watched in CRTV as well in my apartment, I was not convinced on the PQ of SD channels.
