I think most of the Users will have lower product as Primary and Higher end products like TS HD and TS HD+ as secondary. So, they will end up paying extra money from next month onwards if don't get the products reversed.

Does 'Supreme Sports Kids' pack has english news or not ? TS website doesn't shown 'english news'

English news channels r not in the 'Supreme Sports Kids' Pack

Which genre" English Business News" pack @ Rs.15/- pm should belong to English Entertainment pack or English News pack?
According to CC it is not available whereas the self care web portal incorporate this pack. When I wanted to add it to my package a message in red appeared denying my request on the ground that its a part of Eng Entertainment add on pack that I have already subscribed to.
