Sony is the best brand with quality as the LCD screen didn't have any sort of issues so far now

But how come Samsung is not the best if both Sony and Samsung use same panel ?

Ya, must say sony is best in picture quality because of its X reality chipset which is best designed .It provides true colour experience .

Depends on the FL used on screen .Also many variants are manufactured for screen/panel segment .
