All newly added channels are available only in Ultra pack since Grand Sports is discontinued from T(S, as usual they want more

Not a good thing to practice. Customers don't ask them to drop packages. And Grand Sports was Ultra pack of past, so it doesn't make any sense at all. Like I said, except for Mega pack among discontinued packages, no package would get benefit of new channels. Customers will have to update to newer packages.

I don't want to pay extra money. I emailed them 2-3 times and asked them to upgrade my package to Ultra Pack for free, but they didn't do.
