Breaking News RCom may sell controlling stake in DTH biz to Sun Group: Report

Reliance Communications is likely
to sell controlling stake in its DTH
business to Sun Group, the media
reports stated on Thursday.
Valuation of DTH business is expected at Rs 25
billion. The deal may be finalize in next 15 to 20
days, reports added.

sun is too a big group which has 35+ channels, red FM in many states, 5 weekly magazines, daily morning and evening paper and mso. it is also has stake in spice jet airways.
