With TS on numerous occasions i have changed my existing annual packs to new packs and also i have changed my existing annual pack to monthly.... Its hassle free with TS to change packages provided you call the CC rather than mailing...

If its recharged on monthly basis then its hazzle free, it LTE then its difficult to do so
