Though there are 3 Tamil hd channels from the sun group ktv hd and sun music hd are almost full time upscaled channels with very little hd content. Sun tv hd is also a mix of hd and upscaled. What prevents sun from converting them to full time hd channels is difficult to understand
Tata sky should add Vijay tv hd as soon as possible because of the poor quality of the sun HD channels

Vijay hd is coming next month first week in ts. So Adtv users enjoy the exclusive channel in adtv only..

Even a mobile costing 15000 can capture full hd video. Converting sd content cannot be expensive. Further they telecast many programmes in 4:3 and not 16:9.

Watching a bluray movie is different airing a channel is different. They need to remaster the Sd content to hd. It will cost much. About ratio aspect it is completely sucks by sun tv technicians. Especially for sun music hd. Geminin hd some what better.
