I don't see any degraded picture quality on any Zee channels. And why would they do that ?

They switch Zee Cinema & Zee Classic because of high demand. Movies Ok, Sony MAX, Bindaas Play, Sony, Star Plus, Zoom are quite brilliant appreciate the picture quality
