I am not using cable at present bro. I used to have Hathway but switched to Videocon d2h due to HD viewing. I am talking about Cable operator because whenever i call on Tata Sky CC, it make me feel so irritated and angry. These idiots spoil my mood everytime.

I have not even completed 1 month with Tata Sky and feel like throwing away their DVR. Its better not to watch TV than to tackle such a nerd DTH operator.

Even Online Chat didn't impressed me. 2 weeks back, i was trying to subscribe one addon from their website but it didn't happened even after 4-5 attempt. Then i contacted Online Chat and they told me that when you are infront of your TV and Set-top Box is on, then only they will activate the addon.

Yes they had withdrawn this toll free no.
But in the same time they have launched new toll free number, I.e 1860 425 6633
Call here and you will get all response.
IM bhai, you might be trying the old number.so might be getting the abrupt disconnection issue. Try the number I have given.You might be not unsatisfied any more.

As far as my present experiance in contacting TS CC more than 90% CC people r useless , they know only to refresh the VC /Acount , thats all. They r telling to call Helpline every time for more info . they even dont know the existing offers. 1 or 2 reply after checking their own website . most of the time they talk about upgrading Only. Its should be our luck only to get good CC personal .

Shubham bro, it may be they kept a link between the old number and new number. So anyone calling on the old 1800 number is automatically transferred to new 1860 number.
Its a guess only though.

The best way of adding/dropping packs is through self care web portal. I have used it multiple times
