From what I heard the minimum size of the usb drive should be 8gb. The tata sky sales person might have wrongly understood it. The maximum capacity can even be 64 GB or even bigger. But you can only record the channel that you are watching and not another channel unlike in a hd dvr box which has a separate tuner. Recording is activated by pressing the right selector button. I have not personally tried on my set top box so farGreat news..!! bt just 8GB.. :/ not sufficient fr HD serial recordings
wrong bro. i record all programmes on 16 GB pen drive.Arre bhaiya woh DVR mein hai hd boxes mein 8 gb ka hi limit hai
adtv gives it as free with new connections but it does not mean that highest limit is 8 GB only.Even airtel gives 8 gb pd along with hd boxes
Have you downloaded the latest software on your HD boxToday I tried recording on my Tata sky hd box. Nothing happened when I inserted the 8 GB pen drive. It was not recognised. Recording has not yet been enabled
