HELP Ala Carte channel removal

Hello all,

I need a help in following case

Currently I have Super Gold pack activated which will be expiring tomorrow. Plus I have activated ala carte addon Star Movies Select Hd which is in locking period of 1 month and has expiry date after 15 days.

Now I want to upgrade my package to Platinum HD which already has this channel.

I called customer care and they said, ala carte channel is in locking period and will only be removed after 15 days and I will have keep INSUFFICIENT BALANCE at that time.

How is this possible? If I recharge tomorrow for package upgrade, there will be balance in my account after 15 days?

Please help here.

the selected a la carte channel will automatically be removed.
i had ten cricket as a la carte and after three days i moved to sports package and ten cricket was automatically removed.

 

[Technoglitch]

Just upgrade the pack and ala carte would be removed.
