I have recently purchased the Videcon D2H HD STB model no 6666 RF can someone help me to know whether it supports Dolby Sound in HD channels VIA HDMI Cable as it doesn't have any coaxial or Optical ports

Damn sure it should work.just check it.

Yes it will work through HDMI cable.i am using it.there is an option for Channing the sound settings to surround sound like other hd boxes.you can change it there.
