HELP C-Band / Asiasat5 tuners in Bangalore ?

Hello,
I have a C-BAND Antennae & SOLID HDS2-9300 receiver, I can view only some channels on AsiaSat5 (NTV Mir, Bloomberg, AlArabiya, France24, etc) but I am not able to view all the MPEG-4 Channels (RTR Planeta, 1TV RUS Asia, RaiItalia Asia, etc)
Need help in tuning the receiver or if someone knows a person in Bangalore who can tune C-Band receivers ?

Asiasat5 carries sports feeds most of the time which are event based for which you need Biss Keys and some of the regular channels are encrypted

Channels like RTR Planeta, 1TV RUS Asia, RaiItalia Asia are all Free to Air and I was actually receiving these channels with my existing receiver for the past 2 years without any biss keys. But when they moved recently to MPEG-4 and new frequency (on the same satellite (c_asiasat5), they are not showing for some reason (although SOLID HDS2-9300 is supposed to be a MPEG-4 ?)
Does someone know a good technician (tuner) in Bangalore who can do the set up for me please ?

In Bangalore, which location do you stay?

Do a Blind Scan search on your receiver and see whether you are able to get those channels.

First check whether you are receiving signals on the Particular frequency

Yes, I did Blind scan several times ...
As an example, I am receiving channels on the TP 4000/H/28130 (NTV Mir, France24, etc) ... but not getting 3960/H/30000 or 4040/H/29720

I do not know any technician. Electronics shops in SP Road which sell C band dishes do offer installation services, but they charge close to 1500 Rs for installation.

Can you please post the Screen Shot of the channel with signal level on the channel which you are not able to see?

Though I am also from Bangalore, but in the opposite direction of yours

Signal Quality on 3960/H/30000 or 4040/H/29720 is very low like 5-10%

are you not getting signals on the frequency or not able to view the channels?
