HELP C-Band / Asiasat5 tuners in Bangalore ?

Charges is not a problem as long as I can find a good technician who can tune all the FTA channels I am looking for .. or if LNB or any equipment needs to be changed am okay for that as well..

I would suggest you to do it on your own as it will be very good learning experience for you.
We will guide you.
Do you have analog satellite finder? Please post signal level & quality which you are receiving on Bloomber (BTVi now)

No I do not have a sat finder
Also could LNB the problem ?

Not sure why not able toupload image files .. but the BTVi Signal Level is 90%, Signal Quality 56% & the reception is quite good.

For uploading images, use imgur.com. upload image over there and copy the link here.
BTVi signals are ver good and you should get minimum 70% signal quality on this channel.
Did you install the dish or anyone else did it?
As first step buy analog satellite finder - it will cost you 250-300 Rs

No the dish was aligned by some on else, abt 2 years back
I have not made any attempt to move the dish, I do not want the other channels which are now showing to get misaligned :-(
