Yeah basically Samsung / LG. They asked to provide 2 color photo, 2 copies of ID's & copy of Barcode as well generating by mobile.

Called up Reliance digital , they asked me to download the Jio app. Generate code and come down with the code for activation.

Got a Jio Sim today. No questions asked. Phone model not asked. It hardly took 2 mins.
Awaiting activation. Supposedly takes upto 48hrs.
