I asked Rjio Staffs personally and they said yes u will get sim on lenovo and moto.

But the stores in which i call are asking to come with code and code is not generating even on listed handsets also. Forget about my Lenovo

"Jio sim for all 4g phones" offer is only available in few selected cities and it doesn't need any barcode.
Rest all cities will get sim as per rjio partner preview offer only i.e. Only Samsung, LG Panasonic, Asus, yu, micromax gionee karbonn Lava etc will get sim on showing off code.

You're confusing Reliance jio with Reliance communication.
Both are different. Jio is a 4G only operator.
