Lol. There is shortage of forms. And what's the problem is single mistake or over writing leads to form rejection

Yes for Lyf products they don't ask you to fill the form but for other brand JPO offer they ask you to fill the form. I wasted over 10 forms for 2 sims then they finally filled the forms themselves

Exactly this what's I was telling the 2 kids if Digital Xpress store that why are you making me stand in a queue when u am supporting your store and company by purchasing JioFi dongle. Anyways found another store which clearly told me in phone that they wish no scarcity of form or any fixed time for LYF and JioFi customer and I am gonna to to that store tomorrow
