No bro not in that meaning they would be in fear that if Sony pumps more money then in bidding process star also will be in need to put a lot of money and if Sony and ESPN puts lot of money then Star might happen to lose some of their sporting properties

so bro can BCCI put on any money for IPL rights or there are certain conditions that new offer cannot be more than double of the previous offer.
2017 rights =< 2 * 2007 rights
I am not sure how the process is but Sony has first rights for bidding and if BCCI is not satisfied then they can invite other bidder I believe. But I guess Sony has advantage of matching the rival bid

Good for Sony. Zee even gave WWE a heart attack, now Sony going to give a preference to TNA, WWE or UFC ? Just for a 1 time benefit Zee messedup l the entire sports broadcasting & kicked on their digital arm on which they're aiming for. Really a worst business deal better they never jumped on it rather then running from it.
