if anyone wants to purchase a second hand connection and wants to change the ownership also then now he can do it.

Just he has to fill up a form on tata sky website and ownership will also be transfered.

earlier this was impossible.

if i take a second hand connection from u then i can change ur name from that connection and can put in my name.
earlier it was not available means i can take second hand connection from anyone and can also use it but owner's name was to be remained same.
now u can also change owner's name.
