Same alternate number. The moment Jio sim gets activated the alternate number automatically gets detached. Don't know what kind of logic is this.

Even after taking so many people aboard since last 2-3 years and spending so much on Infrastructure, Jio is not able to keep the pace and handle acquisition.

Its going the same way RCom had gone those days. .

I think Jio Preview users of LYF handsets are still on Jio Preview. Maybe the speed it throttled but still I don't think it is as slow as 128Kbps as mentioned.
