I think we already have seen this kind of time pass in Tata sky before

but this time they are doing something i.e. Swapping mpeg2 stb's with mpeg4, and if we think about this lcn change, its happening in airtel too, actually star want 1st lcn position in that specific genre

I don't think they will withdraw hd access policy. But it will be good if they withdraw it because very less hd channels.
