i like this 24 hrs policy of ts. My friend told that if he unable to give service within 24hrs then they deduct 20% amount which get by ts to him and if fails to reach after 48 hrs then 50 to 70% amount depend on request type.Mine Sheduled time is 4-30 pm today.

Ysday i spoke to C C on replacement of my STB, they told me to hold on till i get a message, I am worried now since Tamil channels will be migrated to MPEG4 i will not be able to view the same after thursday.

Yes, they has to feel that we know better than them about migration . just add some technical words and surely ...Impress
BTW 1 Lady CC even dont know about NE TV LCN , she told me that it was not added she couldnt find

Bhat Sir, I did send a message 'Y' to 56633, sheer waste of money, i received a response as 'Invalid message'. Today i will try contacting and speak to them, also try impressing them on Mpeg4. Thanks every one

Exactly , me too wasted Rs 3/- by sending SMS . Then only realized always its better to talk CC . 1 more thing is CC pressed me to send the SMS Again and then only i will get the Exchange but ingnored her reuqest and said as i have already sent once and not wanting to waste Rs 3/- again.
